After launching his first business at 24 years old straight out of college, JF struggled with success in growth until realizing he was the problem. Key insights then came like: "A business net worth will never out grow the self worth of his owners". Armed with this realization over the last 9 years, he's learned much about himself, the business and the spiritual world.
